What doesn’t a doula do?


  • Provide medical advice or diagnosis

  • Perform medical procedures

  • Act as a Midwife, OBGYN, or other health care provider

  • Act as a nanny, babysitter, or housekeeper

  • Make decisions for you or your family

  • Replace members of your family or support team
